Dance floor wraps and monograms in Chicago
Your names, your date or your logo printed on the dance floor, installed before guests arrive and removed after the last song.
We design, print and install custom dance floor graphics at venues across Chicagoland: a round monogram in the middle of the floor, a full edge-to-edge wrap, or a pattern that matches your invitations.
Every floor graphic is printed on floor-grade vinyl and sealed with an anti-slip laminate made for foot traffic and dancing. It goes down flat with no edges to catch a heel, and peels up cleanly at the end of the night.
Every floor includes
- Custom design from our team, or we print your designer’s file
- A digital proof you approve before anything is printed
- Anti-slip floor laminate
- Installation and removal available, timed with your venue (quoted separately)

Which size do you need?
Measure your dance floor, or ask your venue — most Chicago banquet halls know theirs. As a rule of thumb, a monogram should cover about a third of the floor’s width so it reads well in photos from the balcony or the DJ booth.
12 × 12 ft floor (up to 80 guests): 4 ft monogram. 16 × 16 ft (100–150 guests): 6 ft. 20 × 20 ft and up (200+ guests): 8–10 ft, or a full wrap.
How it works
1. Request a quote with your date, venue and an idea of the design. 2. Approve your proof. We send a digital mockup on a picture of a floor so you can see the scale. 3. We print and install during your venue’s setup window. 4. We remove it after the event, so you and your venue don’t have to.
Standard turnaround is 7 days from proof approval. Peak months (May through October) fill up, so booking 3–4 weeks ahead is safest.
Works with your venue
Our floor vinyl uses a removable adhesive that is safe on portable dance floor panels, sealed hardwood, laminate and polished concrete. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance or has a load-in window, tell us in the quote form and we’ll coordinate directly with them.
Questions people ask
Is a vinyl dance floor wrap slippery?
No. The anti-slip laminate we seal every floor with has a textured finish made for foot traffic. Dancing feels the same as on the bare floor.
Will the decal damage the venue’s floor?
No. We use a removable adhesive designed for temporary floor graphics and remove it ourselves after the event, so nothing is left behind.
Can you match my wedding colors or invitation?
Yes. Send us your invitation, color codes or a photo of your swatches and we’ll match the design and colors on your proof.
Can we keep the monogram after the wedding?
Floor vinyl can’t be reused once it’s been walked on, but we can print a matching framed print or keepsake decal. Ask when you order.
Do you do floors for events other than weddings?
Yes — sweet 16s, engagements, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, corporate events and brand launches. See our events page.
